Your Teacher: Kate Payne
Kate is the co creator of Yoga Mamas. A passion for health & wellness spanning 15-years, Kate studied a Level 1 Mat Pilates qualification in 2002 whilst studying at University and competing as a triathlete. After more than 10 years in PR & Marketing Kate followed her passion back into health + wellness completing her 200hr Yoga Teacher followed by a Graduate Certificate in Yoga Therapy plus training in Aerial Yoga and Yin Yoga. Drawing on all of her experience and knowledge, Kate used yoga extensively throughout a difficult pregnancy and birth. Now mama to a beautiful baby boy, Kate shares her journey and insight to inspire mamas to add yoga to their motherhood toolkit.
